ABOUT ME
Professionally
I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a double concentration in body-centered therapy and marriage and family therapy from Appalachian State University in 2016. Post-graduation, I have earned an Undergraduate Certificate in General Horticulture from North Carolina State University and a Certificate in Horticultural Therapy from the Horticultural Therapy Institute. I am a certified forest therapy guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. I am a National Certified Counselor (#829983) and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (#12828).
I have experience providing community-based, outpatient, and residential treatment.
I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS)
through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals Foundation.

I strive to be anti-racist and anti-oppressive.

Personally
Outside of work hours, I enjoy playing video games, re-watching The Lord of the Rings trilogy, going on nature walks, napping with my cats, and reading tarot and oracle cards.
