SERVICES
I provide trauma-informed individual counseling services to women, men, and non-binary/gender-expansive adults, ages 18 and older. I enjoy working with folks of all gender identities and sexual orientations; racial and ethnic backgrounds; and body shapes, sizes, and abilities.
My areas of specialty are eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
FEES
$140 for 60-minute individual counseling session

INSURANCE
I am an in-network provider with
BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum.

If you have a different insurance, you may have out-of-network benefits. Contact your insurance company to inquire about your benefits for out-of-network mental health services. I can provide you with a “super-bill” to seek reimbursement for services rendered if your insurance plan provides out-of-network coverage. Please note you are responsible for verifying out-of-network coverage and submitting claims for reimbursement to your insurance provider.
PAYMENT
Regardless of insurance, payment for all fees for services rendered is due at the time of service. I accept cash, personal checks, and card. I can provide a receipt if needed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment time. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours before your appointment time.
Because unexpected events occur (sudden sickness, car trouble, caregiver responsibilities), this fee will be waived for one late cancellation per calendar year. However, you will be responsible for the full session fee for all other cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
