What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice founded by
Seena B. Frost. Using collage materials, you are invited to follow your intuition as you create a personal deck of cards that can then be used for self-inquiry and self-discovery.
You can create cards that represent the parts of your personality, the meaningful people in your life, the archetypes that have impacted your journey, and
the animals that call to you. The SoulCollage® process weaves together creativity, curiosity, and spirituality.
For more information, please visit www.soulcollage.com.
Is SoulCollage® therapy?
SoulCollage® is therapeutic, and it is not necessarily therapy. While we can incorporate SoulCollage® in our psychotherapy sessions as an expressive arts intervention, I also offer SoulCollage® workshops that are not therapy and are opportunities for community, creativity, and self-exploration. In SoulCollage® workshops, my role is trained facilitator rather than therapist.
Who can do SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is very accessible and requires minimal materials: images, scissors, glue, and card backings.
No technical skills are required!
Like any expressive arts practice, SoulCollage® believes that beauty is in the process rather than the product.
